You may return or exchange any eligible item within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Email hello@rusticcharm.in with your order number and reason for return within 7 days of delivery.
Get Approval
Our team will review your request and send you return instructions within 24 hours.
Ship It Back
Pack the item securely in its original packaging. We will arrange a reverse pickup at no extra cost.
Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.

- Prints and canvases in original condition
- Framed art with intact frame and glass
- Items received damaged or defective
- Wrong item delivered
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or personalised artwork
- Digital downloads
- Items damaged by the customer
- Items returned after 7 days
Received a Damaged Item?
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — no questions asked.
Exchanges
Want a different size or variant? We are happy to exchange eligible items. If the replacement has a price difference, we will adjust the amount accordingly. Exchange requests follow the same process as returns.
