Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • You request a return within 7 days of receiving your order
  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
  • The item received was defective or damaged during transit
  • You received the wrong product

Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom or personalised artwork made to your specifications
  • Digital downloads and printable files
  • Items returned after the 7-day return window
  • Products damaged due to misuse by the customer

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at hello@rusticcharm.in with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason.
  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 24 hours with return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back in its original packaging. We will arrange a reverse pickup at no extra cost for eligible returns.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the refund approval or rejection.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, a partial refund may be issued — for example, if the returned item shows signs of use or is not in its original condition. We will notify you of the adjusted amount before processing.

Order Cancellation

If you cancel an order before it has been shipped, you will receive a full refund. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible — you will need to follow the standard return process after delivery.
